We assess the exterior, interior, loft and Heating Systems to highlight areas of improvement and detail possible fixes along with recommend trusted traders to carry out this work.
We also offer guides for DIY fixes as well as often being able to carry out quick repairs while carrying out the survey.
ABOUT US
We are trained engineers (BEng Hons) with over 10 years experience with thermal imaging technology. Given how the current cost of living crisis is hitting us all we want to bring thermal surveying to the masses at an affordable price to allow people to easily find exactly where their premises is leaking cash to avoid spending ££££'s trying to solve issues that were never there.

We use market leading Flir thermal imaging technology to provide accurate and reliable results from which we will produce a detailed report on your premises.

We operate out of Newcastle Upon Tyne however cover the whole of the North East from North Yorkshire up to the Scottish Borders. Other areas are available upon request please feel free to contact us.

Standard Heating Analysis
Analyze the full heating system of the home to assess each individual radiator and the pipework hidden by walls. This finds leaks or blockages in the system that are causing it to be inefficient.
Underfloor Heating Analysis
Provide detailed analysis of underfloor or hidden heating systems easily.
